Processing times vary depending on the product category or type. If the product has not been tested or needs to be repackaged, we will notify you in advance.

In rare cases, shipping costs may differ after you have made your payment, and we will contact you to resolve the issue if necessary.

Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns if the item ordered has not been used or opened and is therefore in perfect condition within 15 days of the purchase date.

You are responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us to make arrangements and receive a return authorization number.

Defective products

If a product is defective, we will replace the defective part at no charge, in accordance with our warranty; however, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
