We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions or prices are subject to change at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for a product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
5.1 - Warranty Policy
SIB Électrique Inc. warrants its product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty excludes cases where the device has been subjected to excessive frequency and/or voltage, and/or has been overloaded, and/or ventilation is inadequate, and/or it has been used in any inappropriate manner, and/or in the event that the product has been modified and/or altered by anyone not authorized by SIB Électrique Inc. For a period of one year from the date of shipment, defective equipment will be repaired free of charge by our technicians, replaced, or refunded (if we do not have equivalent equipment), when returned F.O.B. our factory.
This Warranty supersedes any other warranty, whether express or implied, made by the Company or its representatives, and this Warranty also supersedes any statutory warranty, obligation, or warranty imposed by any law. The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the Company’s products, and the Company shall not be liable for any consequential damages of any kind, whether arising in contract or tort.
Fuses, relays, measuring instruments, motors, air conditioners, tools, and equipment are not covered by the warranty.
Capacitors, as well as heating and lighting fixtures, are covered by a 3-month warranty.
Unless otherwise stated, all other materials sold by SIB Électrique Inc. are covered by a 12-month warranty.
Extended warranty
The extended warranty is available only for specific products, such as certain circuit breakers, etc., and will be displayed as a selectable option only for those specific products.
The 2- or 3-year extended warranty takes effect on the date of purchase and includes the standard 1-year warranty described in our warranty policy above. The entire standard warranty policy applies to the extended warranty.
5.2 - Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns if the item you ordered has not been used or opened and is therefore in perfect condition within 15 days of the purchase date. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us to make arrangements and receive a return authorization number.
Defective products
If a product is defective, we will replace the defective part at no cost to you, in accordance with our warranty; however, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us to make arrangements and receive a return authorization number.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our opinion, appear to have been placed by retailers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can process your transactions and contact you as needed.
